When we usually maintain the products, we usually take care of the stainless steel mesh belt by wiping, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and other general methods to maintain and protect the mechanical properties and technical conditions of the equipment buildings. This maintenance method is called equipment maintenance. We need to pay attention to the following four points in the above maintenance of stainless steel mesh belt:

1. Tools, accessories and workpieces (products) shall be placed in order, and pipes and lines shall be organized;

2. Good lubrication, oil filling or changing on time, continuous oil, no dry friction, normal oil pressure, bright oil mark, smooth oil way, oil quality in line with the requirements of Tianjin Machinery, oil gun, oil cup, felt clean;

3. Observe the operation regulations, do not overload the equipment, and ensure the mechanical protective devices of the equipment are complete and reliable, and eliminate the uncertain factors in time.

4. Clean the whole mine machinery inside and outside the stainless steel mesh belt. There is no oil stain on the sliding surface, lead screw, rack, gearbox, oil hole, etc., and there is no oil or gas leakage at all parts. The Mechanical Engineer shall clean the scraps, sundries and dirt around the equipment;
